You may request deletion of your Harmony AI account and associated personal data at any time.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account and login credentials are permanently removed

• Pet profiles and associated data are deleted

• Conversation history is removed from our systems

• Subscription management remains handled by Apple App Store or Google Play

Some limited information may be retained where required by law.

How to delete your account

• Enter the email address associated with your Harmony AI account below

• Submit the request

• We will process your request within 30 days
