Harmony AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harmony AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Harmony AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

1. The Service

 

Harmony AI is a consumer-facing pet wellness application that provides:

  • General pet wellness and educational information

  • Behavior, training, and lifestyle guidance

  • Preventative care and nutrition information

  • AI-generated responses based on user-provided inputs

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

 

2. Not Veterinary Advice

 

The Service does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The AI is not a licensed veterinarian.

  • Information provided is general in nature and may not always apply to your specific pet.

  • You should always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns.

Any references to veterinary care are informational and not a substitute for professional judgment.

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • Any information you provide is accurate and lawful

 

4. Accounts

 

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

AI responses are generated based on patterns and probabilities and:

  • May not always be accurate or complete

  • Should not be relied upon as professional advice

  • Are provided “as-is” without warranties

You acknowledge that decisions you make based on AI responses are your responsibility.

 

7. Subscriptions & Payments

 

Some features may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play)

  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed

  • We do not store your full payment information

Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.

 

8. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to bypass safeguards or limitations

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for misuse.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony AI, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your User Content

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
