Harmony AI Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harmony AI – Pet Health & Wellness Companion application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Harmony AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

1. Description of the Service

Harmony AI is a consumer-facing pet health and wellness application that uses artificial intelligence and curated veterinary knowledge to provide:

  • Clinical-informed health guidance

  • Symptom interpretation and condition insights

  • General treatment and management option suggestions

  • Educational and wellness-related pet care information

The Service is designed to help users better understand pet health concerns and prepare for informed discussions with licensed veterinarians.

 

2. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

Harmony AI provides informational clinical guidance and educational content only.

  • The Service does not provide definitive medical diagnoses.

  • The Service does not prescribe medications or treatments.

  • The Service does not replace professional veterinary evaluation, diagnosis, or care.

  • Treatment options described are general, non-prescriptive, and intended for educational awareness.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, or urgent medical concerns.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that reliance on any information provided is at your own risk.

 

3. No Veterinarian–Client Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a veterinarian–client relationship between you and Harmony AI, its operators, employees, or partners.

 

4. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You meet the age requirement

  • You have legal capacity to agree to these Terms

  • You are the lawful owner or caretaker of the pets referenced

 

5. User Accounts

​

Some features may require account creation.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

6. User Content

 

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”), including pet information and questions.

 

6.2 License

​

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and display such content solely for:

  • Providing the Service

  • Generating AI responses

  • Improving safety and functionality

 

7. AI-Generated Content

​

You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated probabilistically

  • Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated

  • Outputs depend on user-provided information

You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for medical or treatment decisions.

 

8. Subscriptions & Payments

​

The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers.

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

  • Subscription pricing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the applicable store’s policies

  • We do not store full payment credentials

 

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or harmful information

 

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service (excluding User Content) is owned by or licensed to Harmony Ai, Inc.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.

 

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • The Service is discontinued

  • Required by law

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Availability or reliability

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use of or reliance on the Service

  • AI-generated content

  • Health or treatment decisions

 

14. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
